A new evidence has been submitted to the Grenfell Tower Inquiry; showing, among other things:
● Grenfell & others - symptoms of neglect of architects' supervisory function & rise of unqualified persons.
● Misuse of powers, human rights abuses, negligence & fraud of MHCLG & ARB.
● Conflicts of interest of Russell-Cooke Solicitors, etc & risk of corruption of judicial process.
